Ever Green Ecological Services
Their process is that they separate the plastic by grade and colouring, melt  it, then shape it into plastic beads that are shipped to markets around the world. They are either used in molds or are extruded even more to produce more new products that are plastic.

Advocacy - Where do recyclables go?
They don't accept certain plastics because they wouldn't know if the plastic can be easily recycled (#1-2) or if the plastic is really hard to recycle (#5-6), or if they can't recycle it at all(#7), or it can`t be classified.
